Facilities need urgent improvement!!! The pool was out of service and the gym only had two machines in a dimly lit area.

Stylish place with OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING staff and great food. Marvellous and decent location, short walk from restaurants and bars. Located in a new area full of restaurants and bars. Fancy & good-sized room, with a balcony and a chair. Exceptional service and magnificent breakfasts. Easy check-in.

Location: the hotel was close to the center as well as the centre of town...

The staff displayed really good service, always ready to assist with a smile.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room didn't work well. The noise from the nearby street was bothersome throughout the night, disrupting my sleep. I also encountered some challenges with luggage assistance at check-in, which left me feeling a bit stranded.

Sweet as place, eh? The staff were heaps friendly, especially Thang at the door. But, the mattress was a bit hard for my liking and the noise from the street was annoying.

Convenient central location

The staff at Gold Hotel were helpful and attentive. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, equipped with air conditioning and fresh linens. The hotel is conveniently located near the town center, with access to restaurants and shops.

The breakfast options could be more varied for western tastes.

The location was ideal. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast offered a wide selection of tasty options that kept us fueled for our adventures.

Unfortunately, the pool area was outdated, leading to some disappointment since we were looking forward to relaxing there after touring.

It's a suitable option for a quick trip in Hue with good value for money. The staff were helpful, especially Ngoc at reception who provided great recommendations for local dining. Try to avoid the rooms facing the street if you're sensitive to noise at night.

The poolside loungers were great for soaking up some sun, which was a real treat. 😄

The staff were super friendly and helped me with my bags. The location is perfect, right near the walking street. The room was comfy, and i really loved the balcony view. Breakfast was nice with lots of options. They were cool about letting me check in early too.

Fantastic Stay with the Best Breakfast!

The room was cozy with a lovely balcony view. Breakfast spread exceeded my expectations-fresh fruits and local dishes were delicious. The rooftop bar was a fine surprise! Don't miss local bars and restaurants just a short stroll away.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, Gold Hotel provided exceptional service. the bell boys eagerly greeted us and took care of our luggage after a long train journey. Our room was spacious and the bathroom looked brand new. the swimming pool was also a great addition to our stay. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, including made-to-order eggs and omelettes.

Cons: Nothing, absolutely no complaints at all!

Everything was nice and the view was lovely. Spotless and fancy room, everyone was welcoming. - the location was great, walk from bars and restaurants. - the food we tried was gorgeous and they have plenty of meals to choose from. - Our experience here was relaxing.
